Return & Refund

Changed your mind? Something not quite right? Learn about how to request a return or refund, time limits, and how we handle exchanges or damaged items.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at Support, stating your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with instructions and the return address.

  3. You (the customer) will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

  4. Pack securely. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.

  5. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Refunds

  • If approved, a refund (minus original shipping cost, if any) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • In some cases, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.​

Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange for a different size, color, or variant, we’ll treat it as a return + new order.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the new item for you.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Tems that are perishable, custom, or made-to-order may not be returnable.

  • Items that are clearly used, damaged, or with missing original packaging may be refused.

Defective / Wrong Items

  • If your item arrived defective or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support.

  • Provide photos of the damage or issue.

  • In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and either replace or refund it fully.
