Find out how long your order will take, where we ship to, how pre-orders work, and what to do if your parcel is delayed or missing.

Order Processing & Dispatch.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and Austrian public holidays.

During busy seasons (e.g. holidays, sales), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.​​
Delivery Times (Estimates Only)
Austria / Domestic (within Austria):
Expect delivery in 1–5 business days after dispatch.
EU / European Union:
Usually 5–15 business days, although in some cases up to 4 weeks due to customs, postal delays, or backlogs.
International (outside EU):
Usually 1–4 weeks, though in some cases up to 6 weeks due to customs procedures, postal delays, or seasonal congestion.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside Austria or the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be applied by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility.​​
GroovyRoo is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs inspections.​
Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be listed as pre-order or made-to-order.

You must pay at checkout to reserve the item.

The estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. (If you’d prefer the in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.)​
Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once the item leaves our warehouse, responsibility shifts to the delivery carrier.

If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us (see “Contact & Support” below). We’ll help you track it or file a claim with the carrier.​
