Exclusive Studio Access
Private use of our studio space for your group in a warm, welcoming setting.
Guided Art Activity
A dedicated creative workshop led by graphic designer and illustrator Laura Portillo.
Take-Home Masterpieces
Every child creates their own high-quality art project or handmade creation to take home.
All Creative Materials Provided
High-quality art supplies and tools are included in the package.
Drinks & Facilities
Water and fruit tea are provided throughout the party; restroom facilities are available on-site.
Multilingual Hosting
Party activities can be hosted in English, German, or Spanish.

Group Size & Pricing
Because we prioritize a calm, personal atmosphere and hands-on attention, group sizes are strictly limited:
Group Size
Maximum 6–8 children per birthday party.
Duration
2 hours total (1.5 hours guided workshop + 30 minutes for cake/celebration).
Base Package Rate
€240 (covers up to 6 children)
Additional Guest Rate
€35 per extra child (up to the maximum capacity of 8).
Food & Cake Policy
Parents are welcome to bring a birthday cake/muffins and simple snacks. We ask that all guests bring their own reusable water bottle.

Before booking on our webshop, you must send us an email to inquire about date and time availability for your preferred day.

Accept Terms &
Checkout on Webshop
After reading the handbook and confirming your date via email, you will complete payment on our webshop.
Before proceeding to payment, you will be required to check a box agreeing to all our Terms of Service for Birthday Celebrations.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Once availability is confirmed with us via email, final booking and payment are completed directly through our webshop.
No Spot Reservations
As a small business with strictly capped group sizes, we cannot reserve dates or hold spots without completed webshop checkout.
